AVAILABLE FOR NEW ENGAGEMENTS

AIforyourbusiness.
Faststarts.Nolock-in.

For business owner who know what’s broken and need someone to fix it. Not a pitch. Not a proof-of-concept. Something that works.

No pitch. No deck. 30 minutes.

You have a business problem. AI can fix it.

You’re running a company. Something costs you time, money, or both.

Maybe it’s a process that runs on manual effort — someone on your team spends hours every day doing something a system should handle.

Maybe it’s a decision you can’t make quickly — you need data that takes too long to pull, or insight that’s buried across too many places.

Maybe it’s a customer-facing operation that doesn’t scale — support, onboarding, reporting. The kind of thing where adding another person just delays the problem.

You know AI could help. What you don’t know is who to trust to actually build it.

You’ve looked at agencies. They wanted three months to scope it.

You’ve looked at hiring. It’ll take six months and you’re not sure what role to even post.

You’ve tried managing it yourself. You’re already stretched.

How it works

01

We talk

You tell me what’s broken. I tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix, and if it is, what the first useful piece looks like. 30 minutes.

02

We scope it

We agree what done means, what it’ll cost, and how we’ll know it’s working. If the scope feels too big, we find a smaller piece that proves the idea. You approve before anything is built.

03

I ship it

I build the thing. You see it working as it’s being built — not as a status update, as a working piece you can test. When it’s done, it’s live and solving the problem we agreed to solve.

04

We decide what’s next

If it’s working, we scope the next piece. If it’s not, you’re out clean — no long contract, no awkward exit conversation. We’re done.

What problems look like

Your team spends hours on something a system should handle.

Someone manually pulls data from three places, formats it, and sends it to someone else. Every day. Or tags 200 support tickets by hand. Or updates a tracker based on emails. AI can do this.

You need an answer but it takes too long to get.

The data exists, but pulling it means opening four dashboards, three spreadsheets, and asking two people for numbers. By the time you have the answer, the decision window has closed. AI can give you the answer in 10 seconds.

A process doesn’t scale with growth.

Your support queue is drowning. Your onboarding takes a person’s full attention for a week. Your customer comms are all manual. Adding another person to the team just delays the problem. AI can run the process.

A decision depends on reading too much.

You need to know what’s in 50 contracts, or summarize 100 customer calls, or find every time a specific issue was mentioned across a year of Slack. A person could do it in three days. AI can do it in three minutes.

Price

Engagements start at £5,000.

That buys the first useful piece — the thing we scope on the call that solves one specific problem. Small enough to prove the idea works, big enough to actually matter to your business.

If it works and you want more, we scope the next piece. Price depends on scope and complexity. You always approve the number before I start.

Payment runs on milestones — half at scope sign-off, half on delivery. The final payment is contingent on the thing working as we agreed. If it doesn’t, you don’t pay it.

Recent outcomes

UK · Healthcare

A healthcare founder was manually processing clinical data every day — a key part of their daily clinical workflow: from 90 minutes to under 10 minutes. AI handles it now.

DE · Customer Support

A German founder’s support team couldn’t keep up with the queue. Hiring more people would have cost €60k/year. An AI workflow handled the repetitive queries. The team kept the same headcount and cleared the backlog.

UK · Tech

A UK tech founder’s team was blocked by a slow internal process. I embedded, fixed the constraint, and delivery speed went up 3×. The team shipped in weeks instead of months.

All engagements under NDA. Details shared privately on request.

Why this is low-risk

You’re not locked in.

The first engagement is scoped to one specific problem. If it works — and it usually does — founders typically come back with the next thing on their list. There’s no retainer, no obligation, but most clients do continue. You’ll know after the first piece whether you want to.

You see it working as it’s built.

No “trust me, it’s coming together” updates. You see the thing working before it’s finished. If it’s not solving the problem, we know early.

You only pay for what ships.

Final payment is contingent on delivery. If the thing doesn’t work as we agreed, you don’t pay the final milestone. Simple.

I’m accountable to one person: you.

No account manager who escalates to an engineer who escalates to a PM. It’s me. If something’s wrong, you tell me and I fix it.
